Distributed leadership model - robust, multi-disciplinary and integrative

The ECO2 leadership model aims to promote the implementation of the ECO2 strategy and its connected, interdependent and emergent research. This means that there is a high degree of connectivity between organisational units.

The result is an effective and synergetic learning and knowledge exchange system, with a high degree of involvement and awareness.

In  a secure and inclusive environment, based around group consensus, and trusting group knowledge, a connected and emergent leadership is evolving.

This structure is central to ECO2.
